I just purchased a cali burger and sweet potato fries , the fries were cold and they put the burger in the microwave the lettuce and tomato was soggy.. I tried several times calling them no answer.... spoke with Jose the Lead explained my situation and he correct the problem gave me back my money and gave me another meal... kudos to Jose!!!!!!
