Gorgeous Hotel and accommodations. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. We have spent 10k plus the week on 4 rooms, and have been apologized to every time we ask for something to be done.... Every answer is I m sorry, but that is our policy . Paid for early check in 12:00pm, didn t get rooms until 4. Reserved Hospitality Suite 6 months ago in advance,.... Our guests were not allowed to go to our party. I had to have my wife stay in the lobby and welcome every person and allow them up with her room key. Simply shoddy service.
