Shocking Company!

Shocking Company!
Failed to deliver several times so i cancelled the order as 'unfulfilled', lone and behold item arrived the day after. This company refuse to collect the item and refuse to process a refund. Avoid at all costs. There are some great companies out there, this is not one of them. There are ignoring all correspondence.
