They simply don't show up when for scheduled and confirmed appointments. I've lost 2 days pay for missed appointments. I call to confirm and they say yes a technician is coming, then doesn't. What a complete disregard for customers. This has happened several times. I'll never pay them again.

A technician did come to my house and repair my freezer as promised and I also got a phone call from Linda, apologizing. I appreciate both efforts to make this right.

2/8/16: There is a 10 day wait time for plumbing repair. Very disappointing.
