The room is clean and had NO issues. Beds were comfortable and my 2 bed room was spacious. I was nervous to try something new because you never know what you're going to get. There were no bugs or bed bugs which someone put in prior review. Rooms were cleaned daily. If you're afraid of being in a diverse environment that is FLORIDA Then this is not for you. It was safe...diverse crowd...busy and active during the day when pools and water park were active and quiet at night when it matters most. My kids loved the heated pools and the water park. I loved the convenience of having pool bars while kids swam. The location is convenient on international drive near a ton of restaurants and stores. It's about a 15 to twenty minute drive to Disney parks but we ran into spring break traffic. The water park has entertainment for all ages and is the highlight. Very laid back atmosphere with restaurants and grille area. This is a budget friendly option especially for families splurging on Disney trips. There is adequate parking. It's safe but I would've liked more lighting outdoors.
