Visited yesterday and spoke to Andrew. The appointment was 25 minutes and was frank and factual. Andrew painted an honest picture of my situation and recommend I proceed without his services but gave me some vital tips.

Used those tips and by 10am I had the outcome I wanted. If you're made redundant please see these folk as they know what they are doing and they won't take you for a ride.
