Booked day before for pickup at LaGuardia. I pd in full in advance and we didnt have to deal with any money when our driver deposited us at hotel. The car had my name clearly posted on sign in window and the car number and make/model matched exactly with the text i received a few minutes after calling them when we landed. Driver was polite but not talkative and deposited us at hotel door in Manhattan. I would absolutely spend the money ro book a car instead of trying to save money and figure out a subway system . I will use carmel on my return trip too. (This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.)
