Hotel staff was ghettofied, non responsive and unprofessional! The bed was very uncomfortable, as a result I have frozen shoulder! Breakfast was horrible. The coffee station was out of condiments. I accidentally left a very expensive Polo vest in the closet of the room I stayed in and through numerous attempts was unable to retrieve it. After returning home, I called 11 times consecutively and no one answered the phone. After reaching someone, I was given a number to call for lost and found. No one answered that line either... Smh nor did they return my call after calling 3 times and leaving 3 messages. Finally, I called the home office for hilton hotels and they called. Still, I do not have my vest. They claim it was not logged in as a lost item in the room. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN! Don't do it!
