We replaced our AC unit, humidifier and thermostat that were all original to our 20+ year old home. From the initial evaluation thru install, all of the Service One representatives were professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Our evaluation was done by a season veteran in HVAC who properly matched our new equipment with our existing mechanical system, without trying to up-sell us. The installation team walked us thru everything they needed to do, explained in detail the periodic maintenance procedures, showed us how to operate the new thermostat and thoroughly cleaned up their work area when done. It was all a great experience. We have had a Service One home warranty for many years .... wouldn t own a home without it!!
