Terrible company I had problems right from the get...

Terrible company I had problems right from the get go. I had the alarm installed ( I already had it in place) and they charged me $493.00 for the privilege of hooking up my equipment. Shortly after I called and asked if they could mail me an additional key fob(spoke to Steve) never saw it. Called back a couple weeks later as I noticed one sensor was missing from one of the windows,they said they would mail one,yep you guessed also never showed up.

After having the alarm in place for about a year I called and asked to cancel my contract, I had sold the property and was moving into a condo with in house security. sadly they will not cancel and I am still paying.. Warning do not sign a contract with this company unless you are sure you will be with them for the full length of the term!!!
