WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YET. I purchased an LG TONE HBS-910 in June of 2018, it has been turned back for service in August of 2018, February of 2019, and again in June of 2019. On the last event the device was sent back to me damaged with a claim that i damaged the headset and a refusal to correct the problem. This indicates two things; One is the quality of the LG products is substandard and the other is that their ability to provide service is less than desired. It is my recommendation that all LG PRODUCTS SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
