Terrible service. Clerks really don't know much about the guns they're selling. Stood back in gun area for 30 mins without staff help, listening to one clerk shoot the bull with a customer and repeatedly say I don't know or I'm not sure to others. Had only 1 staff for first 20 mins with customers lining the displays. When another staff finally showed up, he asked the other one who was next (as if he really knew) and he pointed to some guys that just got there. Then another staff showed up to put the lock bars across and I asked if I could see one before she put the bar across. "No you'll have to wait until he can help you." I told her I'll just go somewhere else to buy it then and left. Never really liked bass pro anyway. Only went there for a free aquarium visit. Lol
