I was thrilled that on 4/2; a technician from CroppMetcalfe arrived to resolve all the issues with my heating/AC system. The major issue was that the defrost board/sensor on my outside compressor died, so the compressor needed to be turned off & I had to rely on the more expensive emergency heating. Due to Covid, I was told that these parts wouldn't arrive till later May (problem began on 3/8). So it was a delightful surprise that these defunct parts were located & installed earlier than expected on 4/2, and I no longer had to pay more a more expensive heating bill. Great job, CroppMetcalfe.
