GAINSCO is the WORST insurance company ever!!!! I was hit from behind by THEIR driver on 1-35. She was texting and didn t see that traffic was stopped until about 2 seconds before she rear ended me at about 60mph. It has now been OVER A MONTH and my car still sits at the repair shop because GAINSCO adjuster continues to low ball the dealership with JUNK YARD parts to replace the damage! I had absolutely NO fault in this accident but I am the one getting the shaft! My car is 2 years old with low Mileage and was in excellent condition. Ive been in a rental for over a month now. I just want my car repaired properly and back in my garage!!! Again, OVER A MONTH & still NO END IN SIGHT!!!!
