The staff, more specifically Paul took it upon himself to ensure my needs were met after having a situation with the reservation that could easily have been ignored. I would recommend this hotel highly, as the attention to customer satisfaction goes beyond what is usually found to be the norm in the present day and age. Paul should be recognized for his contributions to this organization.
