Had family & friends who used to work for them and...

Had family & friends who used to work for them and they have all since left this place because they could not get ahead & earn good salaries like their counterparts because of the colour of their skin. They may be good at what they do but their internal politics are all about 1 race and very backwards. The stories I used to hear about this place...shocked me! This was my experience...note this was before 2014 I don't know what they have done since where diversity is concerned & fair play. My best friend used to complain about how there were no or enough black women in senior management.
