Great gym. All the trainers at helpful even when not paying for PT sessions. Good range of equipment and really quiet at non peak times. always improving and adding new equipment. Good clean shower and changing facilities been there for a year as well and never bumped into anyone else while using steamroom and sauna. Would recommend!
