I'm an Amsterdam resident and luckily did not have to pay to see this show but I wanted to warn any tourist so they are not ripped off! The Jeff Koons show being staged at this venue is charging adults 9 Euros each to see one picture!! I was told by a member of staff that all visitors are told there is only one picture on display but this was not happening. I asked the ticket office why not and they said it was a masterpiece and they felt fine about this! The piece of work in question is a self proclaimed master piece by Jeff Koons and is average by the very best interpretation. Please, if you are a visitor to Amsterdam do not waste your money paying to seeing one painting and visit any of the other great museums and galleries Amsterdam has to offer. De Nieuwe Kerk and Jeff Koons should be truly ashamed of themselves for what they are doing here. Thanks
