I had a problem with my heat not turning off. It was Thanksgiving Day & A1 sent a tech out. He couldn't find a problem with the unit
but the very next morning my heater would turn off again. They sent Clarence yesterday & he immediately listened to what I told him was happening. A1 replaced a bad sequencer on my unit February 1st of 2016. Clarence replaced again free of charge. My heat is working great again thanks to him! Keep up the good work & I will definitely use A1 again. Clarence is truly an asset to A1's company!
