If you haven't bought anything here consider yourself lucky. They wouldn't bury my son until I gave them a certified check or cash and I had been paying the plot off for myself for the last 6 years. Then when I sent the check for the memorial bronze plaque / headstone, they lost the check and then blamed me and cost me $25 to have my bank cancel the check. They took 2 days to call me back although they assured me that they'd call me back on day 1 by the end of the day. Then they did an "investigation" internally to find the check they lost only to discover that they still couldn't find it because they still lost it but continue to blame everyone else, including me and the post office. Great business you are running, remind me never to waste money there again.
