Possibly one of the worst hotel stays ever. The rooms smell bad, they have no microwave, the ac made a loud noise and barely cooled the room. The front desk did not activate my key card 2 times in a row, leaving me to go back and forth to get them activated. They have hidden fees, such a a 50 dollar hold on your account (which after over 2 weeks i still have not received back into my account), they also charge for a parking pass, when their is in fact never anywhere for paying customers to even park. The food service is ridiculously slow. We waited over an hour for a pizza. (they did refund us for waiting so long). The life guards are also a bit ridiculous and are constantly fussing at children and adults and blowing whistles for no reason at all, which makes the water park no fun at all! Plus it is crowded because if others (who aren't paying for the hotel) get to the water park before you then you can't even use it. Almost all of the arcade games do not work (and they would not refund the money put on the arcade card even though we couldn't use it). Over all I was very unhappy with our stay here and would never recommend it or stay there again.
