The customer service is absolutely terrible. Went to pick up my order a day after it was ordered. Order was not ready and no one could tell me anything. They said they emailed me the policy, which I never received. Tried to cancel order while I was there but they couldn't do that either. So I drove an hour back to my shop and called them to see if anyone could tell me when the order would be ready. I have been on hold for
30 minutes so far. Much better off ordering from Sign Warehouse or Stahls or anywhere else that has some sort of customer service because these people just don't care
