We have paid into the plan for nearly 4 years and ...

We have paid into the plan for nearly 4 years and just made our first claim for a routine dental cleaning. We paid extra for better coverage. The vet submitted our claim on Feb 6th. It is now April 3rd and nothing reimbursed. It s nearly impossible to get through to them but after several tries over the course of 2 weeks we finally got through. We were told they had our claim and it was submitted for processing. Nearly 4 weeks later and still nothing and we couldn t get through by phone so we sent an email. It took 2 weeks for them to respond stating that we already called a month earlier and the claim was being processed. A few days later I was told the same response by someone else. So after 8 weeks we are still waiting with no response.
This is the first negative review I ve given in my life. I m not a complainer. But this is the worst experience I ve ever had with an insurance company. After paying over $2600.00 into the plan and waiting this long for a simple claim to be processed, or to get a response, I would not recommend this company.
Go elsewhere.
