The woman who answers the phone for your company is rude. Would not transfer me to anyone even if I had a name of someone that I would like to speak to. She kept giving me reasons why I wasn't able to speak to them. When I told her that I felt I was being stonewalled by the company and not being allowed to speak to someone within the company her response was sarcastically "okay?"
