Terrible service. I had the bad luck of talking to this terrible woman at the phone, maybe is good to say that I called on Monday at 10:00 am. We ended up fighting because I basically had to beg her for help, and she was being extremely rude and kept telling me I had to talk to the judge. Seriously, what kind of service is this? Why don't you hire prepared people that are willing to help? Or you just want to basically steal money from students?
Anyway, if it comes to that, I will go to court with this people because they cannot keep taking advantage of students.
