I find it incredibly infuriating that an oil change at this location takes HOURS. The last time I had an oil change at Toyota of GR, I waited in the service center and it took over two hours (that was with me complaining after about an hour and 15 minutes). I thought I would give them one more try, it has to be a fluke and I just happened to be there on a really busy day, right?!

So I called on Tuesday, made an appoint for 11 AM on Friday, dropped it off this morning 10 minutes early, and it is now almost 4 hours later and I have not heard back from the service center. I just tried to call 3 times and no one is answering the phone. The message just says to "call back during business hours".

At least I'm not wasting my time in the center today, but why is my car being held hostage for so long?!?! What is the point of scheduling an appointment, when clearly there is no effort to deal with my car in a timely manner? Also, it was empty in there when I dropped it off!

As pissed as I am about this waste of time, I can say that the employees are always pleasant when I'm there...I just wish they were efficient!!!! I will NOT be going back for oil changes.
