Have now sent me a notice of legal action for ground rent that's already been paid. After I had to remind them last month that I had already paid them. They sent me an apology, assured me that letter was a mistake, that no penalty fee would be added to my account etc. And yet here we are : I am threatened with legal action for an amount that was already paid (and paid on time, might I add) . Its appalling.
