What a delightful experience! I had a question about a pair of earrings that I was interested in purchasing, and customer service responded immediately. I ordered the Norah earrings, and when they arrived, I was incredibly impressed with the attention to detail in the wrapping, a handwritten note, beautiful box and tissue, everything! Cannot be more pleased. And I have worn my beautiful earrings several times already, and I plan to purchase some more items in the future. Taylor, you have an absolute gem (no pun intended) of a company on your hands.
