Wow! This place and all of the staff was amazing! ...

Wow! This place and all of the staff was amazing! They managed to provide very challenging circuit training to myself and 25 other Navy Sailors! They kept us motivated and kept the positive energy flowing! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who desires positive gym vibes, amazing facilities and a team of awesome, hardcore but fun Trainers! I'll definitely be back for more! Thanks Darius and staff!
