I stayed here last week. I called ahead of my reservation to make sure they were still open during this Covid19. I was told about the HIGH SLIDE and the kids activities. They charge a resort fee for these amenities. We got there and the slide wasn t open. The kids activities (KONK CLUB) was closed due to Covid19. Several guest complained and they did open the slide after we were already there 3 days. The elevator was torn up leaving only one to use in a building with 7 floors. The hot tubs were also closed. The floating water park was not up either. They should not charge a resort fee until they fully have everything up and operational. And finally the housekeeper was supposed to come every 3 days and they did not come at all. I would have to call down and ask for a change of towels and tissue. THE GOOD PART IS THE POOL AREA AND THE DRINKS. The BAR TENDERS ARE AWESOME AND THE DRINKS ARE WORTH THE PRICE! The paddle boat area was cool as well.
