If i can put a negative 5 i would for the summer camp program!!! 1 thing is they are over populated for sure. The counselors are a bunch of kids themselves who do not pay good attention to the children. My child came home with a cut under his eye and nobody wrote out a incident report or knows what happened?? Went to pick up my child they didnt know where he was . (The group was running late from a activity and nobody knew that until i picked up my child apparently). This child care is terrible !! Not to mention the director herself does nothing to resolve issues. This place is very unorganized!!!! Very disappointing. The preschool age camp is deff so different!! Kudos to Monica the camp coordinator for all her hard work and the staff at that location. Would never recommend ymca summer camp for elementary age. My child is out of that place ASAP!
