I recently bought a house and we found through inspection that there was some mold on the drywall in the return a/c closet and the air vents throughout the house were very filthy. House was built in '79 and has probably never had a thorough duct clean performed. I got AdvantaClean to come out and vacuum my vents and take out the mold. It was especially important for me to get this cleaned as I deal with health issues due to past cancer treatments. I first called their 24 hour phone line and the representative was very nice and helped set up my initial consult. Brad was on time to our meeting, 10 minutes early actually, and we meticulously swept the house from ground floor to attic looking for any other areas that may have issues. They could have easily forced services on me or "create an area to be fixed" like some companies are known to do, but they were honest and straightforward. Based on pure luck, I was able to schedule my appointment the very next day. The guy came out and did all the work, about 4 hours worth, and when I went back home to lock up the house, he was so clean in what he did that I didn't even notice dirt or dust anywhere. It was almost cleaner than how I left it! From mold removal to vacuuming the air ducts, this company is great and I recommend them for the services they offer to the Baton Rouge area.
