A five star hotel, but not kept as one.

A five star hotel, but not kept as one.

Dodgy elevators (door don't work most of the time and very slow) and doors (several times the key card stopped working and the door won't shut without being closed with some force).

Several details (lacking maintenance) around the room not fitting for a five star hotel.

As a four star hotel it would be very good, but I'd expect more given it has five stars.
