Not bad for the price. $15 a month - pay as you go with no contract/no annual fee, which is very cool. Free membership for veterans is cool. Place is a bit grungy, and feels very cramped. A lot of equipment in a fairly small area. Locker rooms are tiny. Most equipment has been donated, to my understanding...Hence a decent amount of the equipment has some issues like adjustment pins that are frozen, which doesn't allow you to be secured as snug as needed for optimal results. This could potentially lead to an injury as well. Some of the wheels on the tracks are very rough feeling, like a few ball bearings might be missing. Generally speaking, each machine seems to needs a little maintenance, to bring it to grade A functionality, but they get the job done as they are now. I know this place is in it's infancy overall, and has made tremendous progress in the short amount of time they have been in business, with very little resources. The staff is incredibly friendly. I like how high the free weight selection goes in both weight plate based equipment and dumbbells. I also like how the music is usually cranked and members vocalize their efforts when giving 100%. Good place to be during a zombie apocalypse, or an attempt by a foreign nation to overthrow our government.

Update Friday Feb 23, 2018:

Wow this place looks like a whole new facility!!!! Many brand new machines... They're all organized and in rows. Walls got a fresh coat of custom paint, floors look nearly spotless. All cardio equipment has its own room now. Much more space to move around in general. I changed my star rating from 3 to 4. The only other things I would like to see is maintenance done on all of the machines so they work properly and something done with the mud bog parking lot so I'm not getting my brand new gym shoes covered in mud and tracking it into the clean gym... I may have a solution for this via donation.
