I can't understand why it would take 9+ days to get a response on our application. We applied and sent of our payment on July the 2nd. After waiting and waiting for a response, my real estate agent told me on July 6 that we would get an answer by the end of the day and that they were waiting on the owners to make a decision. Then on the 7th they said if the owners don't make a decision by end of the day that they will make an executive for them. I called on the 8th and was told that they would have an answer for us by the end of the day. When I called at the end of the day, they were all gone. We are moving from out of state and houses are flying off the market as soon as they come on. We missed out on some other properties because of this one property management company. My wife and I went as far as to apply for a different house with a different property management company. We were told in one day by the listing agent that the owners chose another applicant. Even though we didn't get that house, at least the agent had the courtesy to call and let us know quickly. Renters/ buyers beware of this company!
