Fantastic location close to Central Park, Times Sq...

Fantastic location close to Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center and not too tough of a walk to Empire State Building. We had a great experience here from check-in through check-out. The folks who work the doors are awesome and always had great recommendations and made you feel like a priority. Shout out to Lenny specifically. I also had some post check-out issues that were handled timely and politely by Mr. Beltran which I appreciate on so many levels.

Omni Berkshire takes care of you from start to finish and even after if need be. We will be back.
