Attending an interview is not a waste of time............. They know the requirement of many companies and before scheduling the interview with a candidate they make sure he/she is eligible for multiple companies, While scheduling the interview they are transparent with the candidate and inform and mention all details with regard to salary, location, timing and age...... Attending an interview takes time and I believe number of rounds of interview or time taken should not matter because it is a job that we are doing it for and a job is worth it. Even if we don t get the job in the end getting feedback on the performance in the interview is valuable as it will improve the ability to get a job in future. At the end of the day, for a job seeker, an opportunity to showcase his / her ability is the starting point to secure a job. They do a good job in providing that opportunity.
