I can't recommend Gateway. They seem to be very good at extracting the maximum value from each of my visits, repairing things that may not need to be repaired right away (like an O2 sensor) while missing obvious things like a separated tire wall that was causing the whole vehicle to shimmy.

The last time I brought our vehicle in because the engine sounded rough, they did no work but charged the full fee,.and the driver side mirror was broken when I went to pick it up. When I pointed it out they took some photos of the mirror and promised to call me back. Never did.

I brought it in to Fountain Tire of all places, and they identified and fixed the problem with the engine right away, no charge, as well as the worn brake pads, saving me from having to replace the whole assembly.

I've called several times about the broken side mirror but so far, no one has called me back to deal with it.

They don't care. I'm just another wallet. I'm done trying to chase them down; I'll just take my car elsewhere.
