My Toyota Prius will be in this year 13 yrs old and, it is still my favorite car from all those I ever owned. This is not only because the car is an excellent "creature" but because I'm getting regularly an excellent service at Magnussen Toyota Palo Alto, CA to keep my car running without any problem. Since I own my Prius I'm a loyal customer of M.T. P.A. I would never go anywhere else because, I get the best service what a customer can expect. Jared Waber is my service advisor all over this years. I can relay on him 100 percent. He is professional, always keeps the time what he is giving when the car will be ready to pick up, and takes care of my car superbly. He is the best service advisor whom I ever had. He is professional, trust wordy, friendly, always very helpful and ready to go beyond being "just" a service person. He is a true asset to Toyota AND to the customers. I'm truly grateful to Mr. Jared Waber being such a good "doctor" of my car and a grate support to me as customer.
