So far I was quite satisfied but my last experience really disappointed me. I had a file printed and bound and inquired over the phone to be certain of the price except "that there was an error" and the impression once made I learn that the real price to pay is almost equivalent to double from that initially indicated. Of course, mistakes are possible and quite excusable, but commercial gestures exist and could be used in these types of circumstances .... I don't intend to go back.
