For the price this hotel (guest house) is not wort...

For the price this hotel (guest house) is not worth it at all.

The staff speaks English but the building is very old and rather dirty, there is mold in the showers, the air conditioning on the first floor is leaking a lot and some people have found roaches in their room! It's disgusting!

In addition the rooms are not at all soundproofed we hear the noises coming from the main street (ambulance) and our neighbors talking or walking in the corridor or adjacent rooms.
