I went into the Robert store and purchased a queen bed and a narrow boxspring. After choosing a date for the delivery only partial of the bed was delivered. It took me almost 4 months to receive my footboard. Due to the fact that it was on back order, then they scheduled for a delivery they missed and then twice it was delivered and was damaged. I've reached out to the store, mgr of the store, customer service and no one seemed to be able to help me. It was always an excuse or they stated sorry for the inconvenience. Now it time to make my last payment I'm noticing a charge on my account from about a mth in a half again that was NOT authorized. I'm confused. I tried calling the store and customer service and either I cant get through or no one can see what this 300$ charge is for. I WAS NOT pleased with my experience and I know every one has their own experience with companies. Just be careful. Robert's store is a franchise to the actual Ashley Homestore and if they wont fix it the only option you have left to do if it's that bad is take them to court.
