As many others state, the lift lines give priority to the ski schoolers and will hold the line up and not alternate for those with regular day passes. This mountain has zero amenities at the base, no trash cans, no fireplaces, no music, and not enough space for all the skis and snowboards as many people placed them on the ground instead of on a rack like most mountains supply. This has to be one of the worst mountains to visit because of how close it is to NYC is my guess. There are no parking lot attendants so expect for a crazy arrival if you come when the mountain is opening..children running in between cars and people trying to park in impossible spots. Honestly try any other mountain and you will notice a massive difference.
