Horrible experience. I will never get another car ...

Horrible experience. I will never get another car from them or recommend them to anyone. They hound you for being a few days late on your payment even when you make your payments all the time. Also inconsiderate to the fact it s a pandemic are recovering physically and financially. They are a RIP OFF I purchased a car back 2016 and it's 2021 and they continue coming up with additional fees that I have to pay in order to fully pay off my car. Horrible never use this loan company to finance your vehicle through run!!!!! My payoff amount continues to increase everytime I call in and speak to an agent they charge 3500 residual fees and a $250 after you have completed your lease contract.
