The two times I was forced by Unimed Help to take my husband to this hospital, we had bad experiences. The SAC phone does not work and the employee responsible for the service is difficult to find. It took me almost 2 hours to register a complaint, while the access control employees tried to prevent me from talking to the SAC employee. The company that provides it receives complaints to improve the service. A company that does not do what it should, avoids.
