Lombardi's Pizza is Napoli style Pizza, which means its cooked in a very hot oven for about 90 seconds. The result is a crust that is crispy, but also soft. We ordered the Tartuffo pizza which had truffle, mushrooms and ham. It was outstanding. We also ordered the Fettuccine Bolognese. A tad on the greasy side, but also amazing. Our entire dinner including two glasses of wine was just shy of $30. That's a steal for the Gables.
