The company was nice to work with. They were responsive with all maintenance requests, and usually had someone sent out within the next few days. The employees were friendly and personable!

***EDIT*** This rental company was outrageous. I spent hours upon hours cleaning the house after moving my belongings out and the company charged us for cleaning charges. They also charged us for items/damages that were in the house when we moved in of which we sent pictures to them. We left the house far better than we found it (asked to have the bathroom floors replaced, asked for finishing aspects in the kitchen that were not there, informed of a mold problem, and other problems) and yet they still charged us for things that were there before my roommates and I moved in. This company is a rip off!
