I visited the hotel during a company event.
The first impression is great. Pompous entrance hall and friendly reception. The rooms were ready by 11 a.m. and the room made a neat and clean impression. It was very large with a shower and bathtub.
The breakfast buffet was ok. There was a lot of delicious food. However, the consistency and taste of the scrambled eggs was very strange and one day later I feel very bad. Since it doesn't have to be scrambled eggs, I don't want to jump to conclusions here.

For me an absolute no-go for a 5 star hotel in this price range: room service in terms of cleaning.
There were only two small samples of shower gel in the room. This was already empty after taking a shower. Since I always wash my hair again in the evening, I looked stupid out of the laundry and had to use hand soap (as a bar). Anyone can imagine what this will do as a result. I also took a facial tissue from the dispenser, which happened to be the last one there.
The next day after the room cleaning: both empty shower gel bottles were removed. NO new ones were put up. So what do you shower with? It's good that my colleagues could help me out.
My half-empty toilet roll was also removed and the replacement roll, which was previously located next to the toilet, was placed in place of the half-empty one. However, no replacement role was added. I got by with it, but it is proof of the inattentiveness of room service.
The empty pack of cosmetic tissues was removed in an exemplary manner. But I was allowed to wait a long time for new ones - there wasn't.

When you look at the room rates, all you can do is shake your head. I was better looked after outside the EU in a 3-4 star hotel.
