If you are deciding to use Aiello, please be aware that they are going to be at minimum $300 more expensive than anywhere else. Transformer replacement should not cost me $500. The part alone costs $20-40, and its an easy fix. I was charged $500 for that. There were other fixes I needed as well, so you can imagine my bill. I was left with a $1500 bill for something that should ve costed me around $500. This is a price gouging company. Please don t make the same mistake I made.

And no, Aiello never did contact me again to discuss anything. So the owner s comment is just to make the company look good. If you want to save money, don t look for Aiello.
