Yesterday I had an excellent encounter with your employee Tony Velez. As I was leaving work, I realized I had a flat tire and unfortunately was not able to change it myself. As Tony was going about his normal routine, he was kind enough to assist me with changing my tire. His willingness to help when others wouldn t was very admirable. His kindness and professionalism was exceptional and will not be forgotten. You are fortunate to have Tony as an employee. Please convey my utmost appreciation to him.
